Dr Rahul Ralph sima, MBBS, DNB, FMAS,FIAGES, FIAS, MBA (hospital admin) Dr NB ( Vascular Surgery) is a visiting consultant in Vascular Surgery. He completed his DNB general surgery from St. Martha’s hospital in 2011 and was part of the department of general surgery for 4 years. He has worked as assistant professor of general surgery for 4 years before doing his training in Vascular surgery. He has worked in the department of vascular surgery at Sri Jayadeva institute of cardiovascular sciences and done his vascular surgery training in Chennai at Kauvery Hospital. He has won multiple international awards for best paper presentation at various forums. He has multiple publications to his name in both general surgery and vascular surgery. He enjoys academics and is actively involved in bioethical practice. He has extensive training and experience in newer technologies on vascular care including endovascular procedures for both arterial and venous diseases including laser varicose veins and glue therapy apart from other surgeries. His field of interest include low cost cutting edge care especially for renal failure patients in establishing and maintaining dialysis access. He believes in compassionate care for all offering patients a range of services. Saving limbs and lives by improving circulation is a priority at the Vascular department at st Martha’s.
