  • Establish and nurture relationships with media outlets.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, organize press conferences, and manage media inquiries.
  • Secure positive media coverage while addressing and mitigating any negative publicity.

Community Engagement

  • Build lasting connections with the local community.
  • Plan, organize, and participate in community events, health fairs, and awareness campaigns.
  • Advocate for and promote the hospital’s services, initiatives, and values within the community.

Crisis Management

  • Develop and execute effective crisis communication strategies.
  • Proactively handle unexpected events or emergencies that could impact the hospital's reputation.
  • Communicate transparently with stakeholders during crises to uphold trust and credibility.

Patient Relations

  • Elevate the patient experience by addressing concerns, resolving feedback, and fostering trust.
  • Share patient stories and testimonials to highlight successful outcomes and positive experiences.
  • Organize patient appreciation events to enhance patient loyalty and satisfaction.

Marketing and Promotion

  • Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns to highlight the hospital's services and specialties.

  • Collaborate with branding, marketing and advertising teams to ensure cohesive and effective strategies.

Coordination of Health Camps and Special Packages

  • Plan and oversee the organization of health camps to promote wellness and preventive care.
  • Introduce innovative special packages tailored to attract increased footfall and encourage community participation.
  • Leverage these initiatives to reinforce the hospital’s commitment to accessible healthcare.
