Dr Uttama Ghosh completed her graduation from Calcutta National Medical College and her Post graduation from Medical College Kolkata. She worked as General ophthalmology fellow at Sankara Eye Hospital Bangalore. Dr Uttama Completed her long term Glaucoma fellowship from Regional institute of ophthalmology (Minto Eye hospital) Bangalore. As a consultant and surgeon she worked at LKS eye hospital New Delhi, Vasan Eye hospital Bangalore. She has performed more than 5000 eye surgeries( Cataract and Glaucoma). She is a life time member of prestigious Glaucoma society of India, Uvea Society of India.
