Dr. Srikanth K Aithal Senior Consutant Surgeon has more than 24 years experience in field of General & minimally invasive surgery, finished his MBBS from Govt.
Medical College, Mysore in 1991, his master degree from St. Johns Medical College Bangalore, fellowships in minimally invasive surgery from AMASI and IAGES coimbatore.
His experience dates to almost 24 years, worked in various hospital and medical colleges in Bangalore, joined St Martha's Hospital in Jan 2007, held various posts such as Senior Consultant to HOD in the department of General Surgery, is a All India examiner for DNB course, has been a guide to many PG students, having passion in teaching students and conducting classes.
His expertise lies in minimally invasive surgery such as Laparoscopic procedures pertaining to Gall bladder, Appendix, Hernia, perforation & intestinal obstruction, along with LASER treatment of Piles, Fistula, Fissure & Pilonidal Sinus.
His special interest lies in treatment of BREAST DISEASES, THYROID TUMOURS, GI MALIGNANCIES, DIABETIC FOOT and diagnostic Upper GI endoscopy.
