INTERNATIONAL PATIENTS
The International Healthcare Services team coordinates all aspects of patient visits to the Hospital, including managing medical consultations, coordinating Hospital admission and accommodating special food requirements.
Patients are requested to submit the enquiry form along-with the list of documents listed in the document check-list below.

Documents required for admission of International patients:
1. Photocopy of the Visa
2. Photocopy of the Passport
3. Passport size photograph of the patient
